What does SettLiT do?
We connect firms to a vast network of over 250 million patients and tens of thousands of data sources, across North America to deliver medical histories and summary health data within jsut a few minutes to a few days.
Who is Settlit for?
Settlit is designed for both single event and multi-district litigations with individual client user interface as well as bulk processing functionality. We also support API integration for client management, order request, and health information analysis. We power many vendor solutions under the hood through our REST API functionality.
How secure is my data on Settlit?
Settlit takes health and data privacy extremely seriously. All data is encrypted using AES-256 bit encryption at rest and in transit. Data is stored with redundancy across the United States and we maintain strict HIPAA privacy training to employees on an annual basis with a robust access and user provisioning policy.
Does Settlit integrate with legal industry tools?
Yes! Settlit has existing integrations with Filevine and SmartAdvocate. If you're on a different case management system all we need is an introduction through your account manager and we can build an integration for your use case.
Do I still need to submit a full record request?
Depending on the stage of your case and the data that's returned through our network you may not need to follow up with a designate set request. In some cases the PDF record you may be looking for could be in our return.
Our customers usually only need to do a follow up request if they need an affadavit for a specific record, but through our system they know exactly the doctor and time period required to submit the most cost effective request.
